I Thrift, I Junk, I Upcycle and Repurpose. I love Vintage too! Some treasures are rising to vintage which makes them under 20 years old, some are vintage, some may be upcycled, repurposed, altered in some way, and sometimes you may see something new too. I think everything deserves a second life.
All of this will be noted in the descriptions, and pictures for you to view. Recommended care will be a simple and gentle hand wash, and dry.
Now, for the boring stuff, but important information in shopping with LilacsNDreams.
PAYMENT
Payment is with Paypal. Due preferably right away, but generally within 24 hours of sales ending. Any issues with payments please contact Me. I am able to invoice you myself for your purchases as well.
SHIPPING
I know you are excited to get your purchases. I will ship within 24 hours of a clear payment received. Exceptions are Holidays, and Weekends. Sometimes the weather might play a factor with this too. I do my best to keep you updated when items have shipped. Delivery is within the US. I will gladly combine shipping on items that can be safely shipped in the same box without damaging each other. Please contact Me for combined shipping cost prior to your payment. I only charge shipping, no handling fees. Any over charge of $1 or more is promptly reimbursed to you.
If items become damaged in shipping you will need to save the original packaging materials, and all pieces of the damaged item for accompanying you to the USPS to file a claim. Pictures of box/item received by you will also help with this process.
RETURNS
Remember that most of the items I sell have been pre-owned, are old, upcycled, repurposed, or previously loved. I offer items in the best possible conditions. Please read the descriptions of each item. I make every effort to give an accurate description of things. Photographs of each item are also considered a part of the description too. Please read everything, look at pictures, ask questions or uncertainties you may have, and also request more pictures if needed. Please contact Me prior to your purchase. I am happy to assist you.
If any discrepancies upon receipt of your item, please contact Me immediately. I try my best to fully describe all items. Please remember most of my items are found treasures, are vintage, have been used, may have flaws that are not apparent to Me, and some may have been uniquely altered too. Please feel free to ask any specific questions about an item. All items will be SOLD AS-IS, ALL sales will be final. In some cases a return might be done. Shipping fees will be non refundable. An agreed upon refund would be issued when the merchandise is returned at the Buyers expense, and in the same condition as it was sent. Again, any issues please contact Me first so that we can work together to resolve them. I’ll do my best to make your shopping experience with Me fun, enjoyable, and a positive one too.
